Due to unexpected life changes we were forced to downsize quickly. Our daughter’s friend’s parents recently had Tracey as their broker and were pleased with her services.
Tracey had to find us a new home and sell our of one. She listened to our wants and real needs for our new home while sending us listings for a few weeks. Then she called and said she found a place we would be happy with and scheduled our first viewing. Though smaller than we wanted it was nearly exactly what we needed, and at a great price. We made an offer that night despite the fact there was another offer on the table. Tracey encouraged us saying offers often fall through. Sure enough the other party had to pull out because of a no pet policy. We had a contract within days of seeing our first showing.
Now we had to downsize from 2940 square feet to 1400. Tracey found us an organization company near our home. They were great in getting us to unload and reduce, and eventually to help pack and move. (Note that Tracey found us good people to get our new place in order, such as a local locksmith).
Next we had to list our home. Her photographer took great pictures. While we had some back and forth over listing price but eventually Tracey went with a higher number that we agreed to. She did not really know the community where we lived as it was about an hour away and outside her usual sales area. She put in the time to do the research and got to a good price. Within one week we accepted the first offer.
We were easy for Tracey in that there was only one viewing of a new home and a quick reasonable offer on the old. Even with that she put in a lot of time on required paperwork and she was very sensitive to my serious health conditions.
We highly recommend Tracey as a broker. We could not have been better taken care of.
